The Weekly Street Style Inspiration

If you've been reading my blog for a while you would know how much I love street style, it is where I get most of my inspiration for my outfits - in addition to Instagram and my beloved fashion blogs. What I like about street style is that you can see how people wear the latest trends in so many different ways, according to their personal style.

As back to school is just around the corner (or maybe you have already started), I decided to gather the finest selection of street style inspiration of the week, so if you are stressing about thinking what the heck are you going to wear for school (or life in general), because you've been wearing PJs and sweatpants all summer and you don't remember what clothes even are (by the way, I can totally relate to you), in this post you'll find some inspiration to look dang good. I'll try to make this a weekly post, so each week you will have new inspiration to play with.

Remember that this is just inspiration, you should never try to copy an entire outfit, these are just ideas which you should then adapt to your personal style.

Don't be scared of the flare

Why are there so many people that hate flare jeans?

When I was little I thought flare jeans were funny, I didn't get them, I didn't understand how they could be in fashion and if I'm honest, until a couple years ago, I still didn't like them. But now, I love them, even if I don't own a pair myself, but I'm hoping to change that as soon as possible. In addition, these last couple of years, brands have been trying to bring this classic 70's trend back, even though I think that it wasn't until this year that they really had a comeback.

''But flare jeans are so unflattering!''

Don't be fooled, my dear.

Flare jeans actually slim and elongate your legs, doesn't matter if you have smaller or  bigger thighs, my thighs are more in the bigger side and whenever I've tried a pair my legs look better in them than in the typical skinny jeans, so yeah, let's break these stereotypes. Moreover, if you pair them with some heels, you will have legs for days!

Also, if you're loving this 70's trend going on, but you don't know which items to include to still maintain your personal style, flare jeans are the perfect option to try out. Because you will still be able to wear your favourite shirt and accessories but with this added 70's plus.

Now let's see how the Street Style experts wear it, so you can see how good they can look included in different styles and you can forever learn to not be scared of the flare (jeans)!

What do you think of flare jeans? Do you love them or you just can't wrap your head around them?

Button-front-skirt-mania

You know what kind of skirt I'm talking about, the skirt which you've seen every single fashion blogger, it girl, celebrity and their mother wear. The skirt you see in every-single-shop you go and it's confusing your mind because you don't know if you absolutely love it or you hate it, maybe the buttons have hypnotized you - I just can't write a post without saying something weird, can't I.

Anyway, you know what skirt I mean.

Personally I absolutely love them, although if I'm honest, when I first saw one, I wasn't as sure, but the more times I saw it styled in so many different ways I liked it better and better. You can find them in denim and in suede and I think they are very flattering either ways as it has an A-line shape. The denim version is perfect for casual looks but can really be dressed up and the suede version is just super chic, but you can also dress it down, it's all about finding the right balance. That's why I decided to put together some of my favourite Street Style outfits which are including this skirt, so if you are planning on buying one (or not), you can have some ideas of how you could wear it. Also I've done some research in the online shops to find the best offers depending on your budget, because ain't nobody (and by nobody I mean me) has thousands of euros to buy a skirt.

Let's get inspired...

Get the look (for less): Taylor Swift

Good morning lovely people!

Get the look posts are one of my favourites to do, but I hadn't done one for some time so I thought it was about time to do another one. If you don't know what these posts are about, I basically chose a few outfits from a celebrity and I try to find similar clothing pieces but for less money, because usually their outfits cost hundreds or even thousands of euros. Today I chose these three outfits from Taylor Swift because lately I've been totally loving her style and they are all really wearable. I hope you like these outfits because I've worked really hard to find all these pieces. Don't forget to leave me outfit or celebrity requests in the comment section and I'll try to do it as soon as possible.

BEST OF: NY Fashion Week Street Style

Hello lovely people!

Fashion Week season is here and it makes me so happy. Four weeks of intense fashion on and off the runway, what else could you ask for? I always look forward to see the street style specially, as there are always the most daring (and not so daring too) outfits you can imagine: it-girls, celebrities, bloggers and socialites go all out and I love it. Today I wanted to focus on the street style during New York Fashion Week which took place a week (and a half) ago (now London fashion Week is nearly ending) and show you my favourite outfits, I hope you get inspired and enjoy this post.

Much love, Julia.

Spring Street Style Outfits Inspiration

Hello lovely readers! Now that we are in Spring I thought it will be a good idea to look for some inspiration of Spring outfits, so we can create our own ones. And who better to inspire us than all the fashion bloggers, it-girls, celebrities... So here you have a selection of my favourite Spring outfits (still some Coachella ones) I've seen so far, you'll see I like colourfull outfits with floral details, I just love to wear floral things in Spring. By the way, recently I'm also very in to flower crowns (even it's quite difficult to wear them at school or places like that) since I saw a lot of them on most of the Coachella outfits, I don't know, I think they are so cute. So I hope you like this outfits, much love, bye!

Coachella 2013

Hello lovely readers! So today I wanted to share with you my favourite outfits I've seen so far of this year's Coachella festival. What I'm seeing the most are crop tops, high waisted shorts, trivial prints, brown leather, hats, cowboy boats and bags, jackets... with fringes (by the way, the other day I bought a fringed bag at Brandy Melville and I'm so obsessed with it, I'm definitely going to show it to you as soon as I can), so what can I say rather than Boho is the official Coachella style, I really love it! So I hope you like all this outfits as much as I like them, much love, bye!

¡Hola lectores encantadores!
