Hoy he hecho un delicioso bizcocho de manzana y quería enseñaros las fotos del proceso, los ingredientes y como hacerlo porqué esta muy rico. Quizás el mio ha estado demasiado tiempo en el orno pero igualmente, estaba muy bueno. Es muy fácil y rápido de hacerlo. Esta es una receta de un libro que no se el nombre porqué les arranqué la página (soy un poco animal, lo sé), pero cuando lo encuentre ya os diré el nombre porqué recuerdo que habían un montón de recetas deliciosas. Así que espero que disfrutéis el post y que os animéis a hacer el pastel. Si lo hacéis, enviadme una foto en twitter así lo podre ver :)
Ingredients: 1 yoghurt (we will use the size of the yoghurt pot to measure all the other ingredients), 1 of sunflower oil, 2 of sugar, 3 big eggs, 3 of flour, 1 packet of baking powder, 2 apples and a little bit of brown or white sugar.
Ingredientes: 1 yogur (la mida del yogur será la que haremos servir para mesurar todos los otros ingredientes), 1 de aceite de girasol, 2 de azúcar, 3 huevos grandes, 3 de harina, 1 sobre de levadura, 2 manzanas y un poco de azúcar blanco o moreno.
Before you begin, turn on the oven and set it to 170 º C.
Antes de empezar, enciende el horno y ponlo a 170ºC.
First put the yoghurt in a bowl.
Primero pone el yogur en un bol.
Then, fill the yoghurt pot two times with sugar.
Entonces, con el bote vacío del yogur, llénalo dos veces de azúcar.
Beat the eggs and add them to the cake mixture, it will have to look (or similar) like the one above.
Bate los huevos y añádelos a la masa, la masa tendría que parecerse a la de arriba.
Fill the pot once with sunflower oil.
Llena una vez el bote con aceite de girasol.
Add the yoghurt and the oil and then mix everything (in the picture is not mixed, don't panic!).
Añádele el yogur y el aceite y después mezcla todo (en la foto no esta mezclado, no os espantéis!).
Fill the pot three times with flour. (Very important!)
Llena tres veces el bote con harina. (Muy importante!)
Open a packet of baking powder.
Abre un paquete de levadura.
Sift the flour with the baking powder so the mixture is of a smooth consistence with no lumps
Tamiza la harina junto con la levadura para que no hayan grumos.
Mix everything and the cake mixture should look a bit like this.
Mezcla todo y la masa habría de quedar más o menos así.
Wash the apples, peel them and slice them very thinly.
Lava las manzanas, pélalas y córtalas muy finitas.
Place the mixture in mold (better if it's a silicone one, I use a Lékué one).
Pon la mezcla en un molde (mejor si es de silicona, yo uso uno de Lékué).
Put the pieces of apple on.
Ponle los trozos de manzana.
Put it in the oven previously on to 170°C and wait 40 minutes but I recommend you that you keep watching it because not all ovens are the same and some are faster than others.
Ponlo en el horno ya previamente encendido a 170ºC y esperar 40 minutos pero id vigilando porqué no todos los hornos son iguales y unos van más rápidos que otros.
When you think it's cooked, take the cake out of the oven and let it cool 10 minutes.
Cuando creáis que esta cocido, sáquelo y deja que se enfríe 10 minutos.
Put it in a plate and voilá! Enjoy!
